These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.ivitra.com.au ("Website") and any purchase of products from JB International Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 69 686 358 538), trading as IVITRA ("IVITRA", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website, joining our waitlist, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

IVITRA is the Australian distributor of the One Box, a 4-in-1 compact kitchen unit. IVITRA operates from 8/42 Bailey Crescent, Southport QLD 4215, Australia.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Website. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person's use of the Website, or that damages, disables or impairs it.

● We aim to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate, but minor variations may occur, and we reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

● All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

● Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice, and errors in pricing may be corrected prior to order confirmation.

● References to patents (including "internationally patented") relate to the underlying product design and are current as at the date of publication.

● Orders are placed through the Website and processed via our payment provider, Square. By placing an order, you warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

● A contract for sale is only formed once we confirm acceptance of your order (for example, by order confirmation email); we may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case any payment will be refunded.

● Where available, you may choose to pay via a humm buy-now-pay-later payment plan. Use of humm is subject to humm's own terms, credit assessment and fees, which are separate from these Terms.

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or priority allocation, and is provided for marketing purposes only. Any competitions, giveaways or promotions we run are subject to their own published terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.

● We currently ship within Australia only.

● Delivery timeframes provided on the Website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. IVITRA is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

● Risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and access details are accurate and suitable for delivery of a large appliance item.

● You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location; additional fees may apply for redelivery due to failed delivery attempts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including the consumer guarantees relating to acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and matching description. Where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographic evidence where applicable, and we will assess your claim in accordance with your rights under the ACL. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Except as required by the ACL, change-of-mind returns are not accepted; if we choose to accept a change-of-mind return at our discretion, this will be communicated to you in writing and may be subject to conditions (such as the product being unused and in original packaging, and return shipping being at your cost).

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images and the IVITRA brand — is owned by or licensed to IVITRA and is protected by Australian copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. The One Box product design is protected by patent. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Website without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the ACL, IVITRA's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Website or your purchase is limited, at our option, to the repair or replacement of the product, the supply of an equivalent product, or the cost of doing so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IVITRA excludes all liability for indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services (including payment and financing providers) that are not owned or controlled by IVITRA. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, or legal obligations. The updated Terms will be posted on the Website with a revised "last updated" date, and will apply to orders placed after that date.

If you have a complaint about your order or these Terms, please contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve it directly. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution before any other action is taken.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
