Jay Burnz is a New Zealand–born entrepreneur who has lived and built businesses in Australia for over 23 years.
With more than two decades of experience across Australia and New Zealand, Jay played a pivotal role in building and scaling one of the region’s most recognised adjustable bed organisations — helping transform what was once a fragmented niche into a defined, nationally recognised category. Under that leadership, the business grew to become the largest provider in its sector across both markets, supporting annual revenues exceeding $35 million.
That experience was not simply about growth — it was about identifying unmet demand, educating the market and establishing leadership within an emerging industry.
Jay’s philosophy remains consistent: align only with solutions that deliver genuine benefit. He does not pursue products for the sake of distribution — he backs innovations that solve real problems and improve everyday life.

Tori Cahill serves as Co-Founder and Director of Operations at IVITRA, bringing proven expertise in operational leadership, systems development and disciplined execution.
Having worked alongside Jay through the successful scaling of an international enterprise, she understands the structure and infrastructure required to build sustainable growth from the ground up. Tori leads IVITRA’s operational framework — overseeing supply chain management, logistics, internal systems and customer experience — ensuring the company operates with strength, clarity and precision.
